2. How Media is Handled

Uploaded video files and generated clips are stored in isolated user directories. Files are processed exclusively for fulfilling your requested conversion jobs and are not shared with third parties or used for model training without consent.

3. Data Deletion

You have full control over your media. When you delete a video or generated clip in the dashboard, the corresponding files on disk are permanently removed.

4. Audit Logs

We maintain an immutable log of critical actions (login, video upload, rights confirmation, clip download, file deletion) to ensure platform integrity and compliance with digital rights policies.
