1. Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

Toolyt is designed exclusively for content owners and creators who have proper licenses or explicit authorization to edit and repurpose their video assets. We do not support, promote, or tolerate copyright infringement.

2. No Evasion of Copyright Detection

Toolyt is not designed to, and must not be used to, evade YouTube Content ID, copyright detection algorithms, or platform enforcement mechanisms. We make no claims that cropping, mirroring, pitch shifting, or adding borders prevents copyright claims or infringements.

3. Mandatory Rights Confirmation

Every video submission requires the user to affirm that they own or have the appropriate rights to modify the content. Violations will result in account termination and permanent file removal.

4. DMCA / Copyright Complaint Workflow

If you believe that content processed or hosted on our servers infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
